At Planr, safeguarding our platform and preserving our users' information is our top priority. We understand the significance of security and privacy, which is why we've implemented a robust set of measures to ensure your protection. Here's an overview of the measures we have in place to keep you secure:
Cloud & Service Resiliency
Planr has been developed utilising the service availability guarantees and protections provided by our IaaS provider. In addition to these measures, we have implemented a range of high availability design considerations, such as load balancing, scalable resources, service clustering, extensive backup processes, and comprehensive monitoring. These measures have been put in place to ensure that our customers can rely on a consistently dependable service.
Enterprise Technology
Planr is developed with enterprise grade underlying technology. As part of our tech stack we use OracleAPEX, Oracle Database and multiple javascript frameworks. Planr is deployed on AWS and utilises AWS Sagemaker for Machine Learning, and Lex and Cognito for Natural Language Processing.
Access
Password Security: We encourage our users to use strong passwords and provide tools to help them create and manage their passwords securely.
Access Control: We use access controls to ensure that only authorized individuals can access sensitive information on our platform. We regularly review access permissions to ensure that they are appropriate and up to date.
Service Availability
Planr utilises services from our cloud provider to ensure Planr remains operational if infrastructure failure occurs. This ensures customer data is accessible as Planr is deployed with multi availability zones within region and DR to another AWS region in the case of failure of an entire region.
Security By Design
Planr ensures security is factored into all parts of the development process. Our Secure Development Policy seeks to ensure any security flaws are captured and remediated prior to any software release.
Data Transmission
Planr uses a secure key management service to encrypt all customer data. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Monitoring
The Planr platform is monitored 24/7 by our SOC service.
Security Testing
Security Vulnerability and Penetration tests are completed by our internal terms and independent third-party companies.
